VANGUARD RESEARCH & TITLE SERVICES, INC. HAS BEEN ACQUIRED BY PATRICK CORBETT

Patrick Corbett to become Chief Executive Officer

Vanguard Research & Title Services, Inc. is pleased to announce that Patrick Corbett, currently Title Examiner at Vanguard Research & Title Services, Inc., has acquired the company from Founder, Owner, and current CEO Ryan Thorpe.

Mr. Corbett has over a decade of experience in the research and title industry and as a sole proprietor. He has been instrumental for Vanguard in creating the company’s compliance program based on ALTA’s best practices, designing the GRC, “governance, risk and compliance” structure, and most recently actively shaping the company’s title division.

“Patrick is the ideal Owner and CEO to lead Vanguard’s next chapter of continued growth and success,” said Mr. Thorpe. “He is an exceptional leader with a track record of operational excellence and team-driven results.
