• Syracuse City tax searches as part of Sale in Six are an additional $35.00 (+ tax) per tax parcel (if applicable).

Should county and/or state office closures affect our ability to complete the abstract, we will offer:
• Price guarantee until the closures end.
• No-cost cancelation prior to completion.
• Abstract with notation as to items unable to be verified or fully reviewed.
